RBS International completes institutional banking leadership team with new hire

RBS International has hired Jim Clark in a newly created role as head of customer goals, completing the institutional banking leadership team under Susan Fouquier.

Clark joined the firm in 2022, which is part of NatWest Group where he previously worked for 16 years and led teams across the markets, global transaction services and commercial banking businesses.

The new customer goals team has been formed to better support RBS International’s institutional clients through improved onboarding processes, service journeys and propositions.

The team sits within NatWest Group’s commercial and institutional franchise, created in 2022, which brings together the commercial, NatWest markets and RBS International customer businesses.

Clark said: “From faster account opening to increased innovation of our online banking platform, I look forward to delivering for our clients and ensuring our strong relationships continue well into the future.”
