Hagmann succeeds Eva Lindholm, who is currently on a sabbatical.
According to UBS, the UK/Channel Islands (CI) is a core market within its global wealth management’s EMEA business and has been strengthened by the acquisition of Credit Suisse and its wealth business.
“[UBS’s global wealth management division] has a target of hitting invested assets of US$5 trillion by 2028 and we expect an increasing share of that target to come from UK/CI,” stated UBS.
“We have a strong presence in the UK in London, as well as across the North of England and Scotland, and we are looking to grow further, tapping into the entrepreneurial spirit and wealth creation we see across these regions.”
