Ocorian Fund Services has partnered with Treety for ESG reporting, analytics and training in response to increased regulatory and investor emphasis on private market ESG disclosures.
Ocorian is an administration and compliance service provider for funds, corporate, capital markets and private clients, while Treety is an ESG software solution provider specialising in private markets.
This collaboration addresses the need for tailored ESG reporting, driven by regulatory requirements such as SFDR and UK Sustainability Disclosure Requirements and growing investor appetite for impactful capital deployment, shared the firm. Additionally, it provides Ocorian’s fund services clients with a solution that aligns with their specific fund type, asset class and framework requirements while managing complexity at scale, it added.
In partnership with Treety, Ocorian Fund Services now offers a suite of tools to its clients, including customised dashboards and analytics, sustainability risk assessment mapping, SFDR annex and disclosure templates and ESG/Impact data collection and approval flows.
Yegor Lanovenko, co-head of fund services, Ocorian, said: “ESG considerations continue to become ever more embedded in all aspects of private markets, with a backdrop of an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. Across asset classes, the need for regular portfolio data collection, detailed benchmark analysis, and tailored fund- and investor-level reporting can quickly become operationally complex and manual.”
