Sanne acquires Inbhear

Alternative asset and corporate services provider Sanne has acquired fund services firm Inbhear for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of Inbhear, which has offices in Dublin and the Cayman Islands, provides Sanne with a new strategic location in the Cayman Islands.

Martin Schnaier, chief executive of Sanne Group, said: “The addition of Inbhear into our existing business will provide further specialist expertise to our existing and new clients.

“Inbhear is led by a highly experienced and respected team that has established a platform with a focus on providing its clients with the highest quality services.”

FTSE-250 company Sanne employs more than 1,800 people worldwide and administers structures and funds that have in excess of £250 billion (€286 billion) of assets.

Inbhear specialises in fund accounting and valuations, investor services, data provision and company management services.
