Kneip, a fund data and documentation specialist, has appointed Cyril Molitor (pictured) as chief operating officer (COO).
Mario Mantrisi, who became Kneip’s COO a year ago, remains with the firm but in a new role as strategy director to build business in new markets.
Molitor has a background at HSBC, Credit Suisse and Axa, but most recently was CEO of Woven, an outsourcing provider.
Kneip, whose CEO is Enrique Sacau, said Molitor was an “experienced and accomplished leader with an impressive background in driving innovation and running operations in financial services and private equity-backed businesses”.
