Crypto Finance secures digital assets licences in Germany

BaFin, the financial regulator for Germany, has issued four licences to Crypto Finance, a subsidiary of Deutsche Boerse focused on digital assets.

The four licences will enable Crypto Finance to offer digital asset trading, settlement and custody services within Germany.

The firm is targetting the institutional investor market and sees the licence awards strengthen its position within the digital asset ecosystem.
