Capital makes UK sales hire ahead of Oeics launch

US firm Capital Group has added Tri Hunyh to its UK financial intermediaries team ahead of its planned roll out of a number of Oeics – open-ended fund companies.

Hunyh has been appointed as managing director, financial intermediaries. He joins from Artemis Investment Management where he was head of strategic partnerships.

Based in London, he reports to Chris Miles, head of financial intermediaries, UK.

Miles said: “Over the last few years, we have been focused on steadily broadening our range of investment services in the UK to meet growing client demand.”

The firm said Hunyh will play a key role in strengthening existing client relationships while developing new partnerships with financial intermediaries in the UK.
