SGG appoints Benelux executive

Luxembourg-headquarted investor services firm SGG has appointed Juan Dagniaux as corporate clients solutions leader for the Benelux countries.

In the newly-created role Dagniaux will report to Luc Hollman, managing director of SGG Netherlands, and will also work closely with SGG’s Luxembourg and Belgian managing directors.

Dagniaux joined SGG Netherlands in 2015 where he was responsible for expanding existing and new international client portfolios.

Prior to joining SGG, he was worked for United Trust in Amsterdam for four years.

Hollman said: “In view of the challenges resulting from changes in local and international tax laws such as Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and the need to evolve our current offering, we considered that we need to devote more dedicated attention to this matter.

“Since the topic is important for all jurisdictions, but certainly for the Benelux region, we are delighted to appoint Juan to this new position, based on his strong track record and past experiences.”
