Schroders appoints market intelligence officers

London-based investment house Schroders has appointed two market intelligence managers.

Marc Micoud (pictured) has joined from BlackRock while Gilles Cozma has arrived from Franklin Templeton. Both will report to Sasha Miller, Schroders’ head of market intelligence.

At BlackRock Micoud was most recently a director of corporate strategy and development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He joined what was then Merrill Lynch Investment Managers in 2003.

He has also held market research and intelligence roles at Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.

While at Franklin Templeton, Cozma was a senior research analyst in its multi-asset team. He has also previously worked at Old Mutual Global Investors and Pictet.
