Invesco signals treasury push with new hire

Invesco has appointed Mark Stockley to the newly created position of head of institutional treasury.

Stockley, who will be based in London, has previously worked in cash and liquidity roles at BlackRock and JP Morgan Asset Management. He has also been head of Asian operations at Goldman Sachs.

Stockley will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with institutional sales prospects, as well as developing relationships with clients, treasury platforms and investment consultants.

He will report directly to the firm’s institutional head of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Alex Millar.
