Speaker bio:
Rudolf Siebel, managing director, BVI

Rudolf Siebel was born on 13 January 1961 in Ingolstadt. He studied law in Giessen, Geneva, and Georgetown (Washington, D.C.). From 1991 to 1993, he worked as a consultant for securities investment and international affairs at BVI, then from 1993 to 1998 as Vice President Senior Credit Officer at Moody’s Deutschland GmbH. In 1998, he returned to BVI, where he has been Managing Director since 2003.

Rudolf Siebel represents the interests of the fund industry on the Advisory Board of BaFin. He is a Board Member of the German Asset Management Standards Committee (GAMSC) for the promotion of GIPS standards.
