Source launches British version of MSCI Europe Ex-UK ETF

ETF provider Source has launched a British version of its MSCI Europe ex-UK ETF listed on the London Stock Exchange. It is the latest addition to Source’s range of core portfolio funds, which aim to provide efficient, low-cost exposure to popular benchmarks.

The Source MSCI Europe ex-UK Ucits ETF provides diversified exposure to large and medium-sized companies across 14 developed market economies.

It has an ongoing charge of 0.20% per annum, which Source claims is 33% cheaper than the lowest cost competing fund.

Demand for European equities has picked up amid UK uncertainty over Brexit and Source believes the market remains undervalued relative to long-term averages.

Chris Mellor, equity product specialist at Source, said: “Investors may want to separate their exposures to Europe and the UK, especially with Brexit causing uncertainty around the outlook for the UK. This ETF effectively puts investors in control of the allocation.”
