Schroders collaborates with HSBC to launch multi-asset income fund

Schroders has unveiled its latest offering, a multi-asset income fund called “Schroder ISF Dynamic Income.”

The fund is exclusively available to HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth clients for an initial six-month period, spanning Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Schroders said the fund’s launch is a strategic response to the evolving financial landscape marked by elevated inflation and interest rates.

Schroder ISF Dynamic Income aims to provide investors with an attractive and robust income stream by investing across diverse global assets, including equities, fixed income and alternative investments such as convertible bonds, securitised debt, insurance-linked securities and emerging market debt. Additionally, the fund seeks to offer capital growth opportunities while effectively managing thematic variations and market volatility.

The fund will benefit from the combined expertise of Schroders’ investment teams, with active management led by Remi Olu-Pitan, head of multi-asset growth and income, and Dorian Carrell, head of multi-asset income. Importantly, the fund aligns with HSBC Global Private Banking and Wealth’s emphasis on quality assets with resilient earnings, providing investors diversified opportunities in the current market environment. Moreover, it incorporates environmental and/or social characteristics in accordance with Article 8 of the sustainable finance disclosure regulation.
