Close Brothers attracts two from Rathbones to cover North’s wealthy

UK-based Close Brothers Asset Management has appointed two former Rathbones investment specialists to cover wealthy clients in the north west of England.

Helen Gerrard and Nick Jackson take up new roles as managing directors to work closely with financial planners, professional intermediaries and other private client advisers.

Both Gerrard and Jackson join from investment firm Rathbones, where they worked in investment management services in the same region.

Gerrard joined Rathbones in 1987, originally as a dealer before moving into investments. Jackson has been at Rathbones since 2002, specialising in managing portfolios for private individuals, trusts and others.
