Anu Narula is set to become the fifth equity partner of Geneva-based international banking group Mirabaud, effective 1 January 2022.
As an equity partner and therefore investor in the company, Narula will hold a management role at the company, which already has an existing line-up of four equity partners.
Etienne d’Arenberg, who is head of wealth management UK, Thiago Frazao, head of wealth management LATAM, Alain Baron, head of wealth management MENA and Andrew Lake, head of credit and fixed income at Mirabaud AM, are currently limited partners of the Mirabaud Group but will be referred to as equity partners from 1 January 2022.
Narula is the second partner from the group’s asset management business, Mirabaud Asset Management (AM), which he joined in 2013. He is currently head of global equities at the firm.
Narula entered the investment management industry in 2001, starting his career at Morley Fund Management in its global equity team.
From 2005, he held a global equity portfolio manager role within Cadwyn Global’s Macro hedge fund.
Prior to joining Mirabaud AM, Narula worked at AXA Framlington where he was lead manager of the Global Equity High Income fund and co-manager of the Global Opportunities fund.
