Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg announces new promotions

The Luxembourg office of Loyens & Loeff has announced a series of promotions effective January 1, 2024.

Maude Royer has been appointed as a new partner in the investment management/fund finance division. .

In addition to Royer, Noémi Gémesi and Adrien Pierre have also been promoted to partners. Gémesi will focus on the banking and finance/capital markets sector, while Pierre will handle banking and finance/financial regulatory matters.

The firm has also promoted several team members to senior positions. Aline Nunes is now senior counsel in tax, and there are new senior associates in departments including banking and finance, tax, corporate/M&A and investment management.
