Jorrit Arissen joins Kempen Capital Management

Kempen Capital Management (KCM), a subsidiary of Dutch merchant bank Kempen & Co, has bolstered its real estate team with the hire of Jorrit Arissen.

Arissen joins the firm as a senior portfolio manager from another Dutch outfit PGGM Investments, where he focused on North American and European listed real estate.

Prior to PGGM, Arissen worked at F&C Asset Management and APG Asset Management, starting his career as researcher at the European Public Real Estate Association.

“Jorrit has an excellent track-record and in combination with his knowledge of the real estate market, he is a really valuable addition to our team,” says Matthijs Storm, head of KCM’s real estate team.
