Natixis Global Asset Management has appointed Chris Jackson to the newly created role of deputy chief executive office of Natixis Global Asset Management – international distribution.
Jackson has worked for Natixis since 2013, previously holding the roles of head of international product and head of UK retail. His new role is established to accompany the firm’s international development.
In his work with Natixis, Jackson has overseen the expansion and development of the firm’s global fund range, including the launch of an on-shore UK retail offering, and the International Strategic Marketing Group and Portfolio Research and Consulting Group.
Jackson joined Natixis from M&G Investments, where he worked from 1994 to 2013 as product director. He was responsible for the team overseeing product development, management and research.
Commenting on the appointment, Hervé Guinamant, president & chief executive officer of international distribution for Natixis Global Asset Management, says: “Chris has become an invaluable part of our organisation and has played a key role in growing our business in the UK and internationally. His leadership will help us to continue to grow our organisation.”
Natixis Global Asset Management had assets under management of £570.8 billion (€735.5 billion) as of December 30, 2014.
