HSBC hires global head of funds and ETFs

HSBC Private Banking has hired Sai Tampi as global head of funds and ETFs.

Based in London, Tampi will manage global fund selection including the strategic partner programme with selected funds and ETF groups and will lead the global fund selection team.

Tampi will report to Henry Lee, head of managed investment solutions, global private banking. 

He replaces Nitin Singh who left the bank earlier this year.

Tampi joins HSBC from Standard Life Investments in London where he was head of business development for global strategic alliances.
