Goldman Sachs picks BNP Paribas for custody and settlement services in Austria

Investment bank Goldman Sachs has selected global custodian BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business to provide custody and settlement services to its assets in Austria.

The new mandate complements the existing relationship between BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business and Goldman Sachs, the largest trading member on the Vienna Stock Exchange by market share. This relationship encompasses custody, cash and securities settlement services across multiple markets.

Bruno Campenon, global head of banks, brokers and corporates, Securities Services, BNP Paribas, said: “The mandate confirms our commitment to the Austrian market and our local expertise.”
