Fidelity International has expanded its sustainable ETF range with the launch of two active fixed-income ETFs, Fidelity Sustainable EUR Corporate Bond – Paris Aligned Multifactor Ucits ETF and Fidelity Sustainable USD Corporate Bond – Paris Aligned Multifactor Ucits ETF.
The funds, listed on the London Stock Exchange and Xetra, are set to be listed on SIX and Borsa Italiana in the future.
The funds leverage Fidelity’s global research platform, sustainable investing ratings and Paris-aligned climate commitment.
Developed by Fidelity’s systematic fixed-income team, the multifactor model considers sentiment, valuation and fundamental insights to generate alpha by selecting bonds from issuers with the highest multi-factor scores.
The funds aim to align with the Paris Agreement’s long-term global warming objectives by limiting carbon emissions exposure and seeking income and capital growth.
The benchmark index for the USD fund is the Solactive USD Corporate IG PAB Index, while the EUR fund’s benchmark index is the Solactive Euro Corporate IG PAB Index.
Both funds are classified as Article 9 under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
