Confluence, a provider of investment data management automation for regulatory, financial and investor reporting, has hired Katie Kiss as director of performance analytics, as part of the firm’s continuing expansion in Europe.
Based in the London office, Kiss has more than 12 years’ experience in the performance measurement field, previously serving as global solution manager for performance at SS&C Technologies.
Prior to that, she spent 10 years at UBS Global Asset Management where she served as UK head of performance for six years and had responsibility for performance reporting and analysis.
At Confluence, Kiss will be in charge of implementing a global go-to-market plan for Confluence’s performance analytics solutions as the company extends its capabilities to meet the needs of the asset management industry.
She will report directly to Philippe Grégoire, managing director of performance analytics, who joined Confluence following the acquisition of the Belgium-based risk analytics provider, Orfival.
Commenting on the appointment, Todd Moyer, executive vice president, global business development, says: “Europe is now one of the vital markets for our company. We have a strategic opportunity to focus on solving the region’s growing demand for performance analytics solutions.”
