BNY Mellon’s European CEO leaves to take T2S role

Wim Hautekiet will become chief executive officer of the European banking entity of the Bank of New York Mellon, succeeding Paul Bodart who is leaving after 17 years.

Bodart will take up a new role working for the European Central Bank as a member of the programme board of the Target 2 Securities (T2S) Project.
