Chenavari Asset Management has selected BNP Paribas’ Securities Services for private capital services following the first closing of its Real Estate Debt Decarbonisation Strategy.
BNP Paribas’ Securities Services business has been mandated to provide a range of private capital services, acting as depositary, registrar, accounting manager and middle office for the asset manager’s newly launched Real Estate Decarbonisation Fund.

The bank will also provide digital reporting capabilities via its CapLink, a next-generation platform for alternative fund managers and investors, to support Chenavari’s ambitions.
With this launch, an initial investment has been made to finance the conversion of an unoccupied office building into new student residences with services and co-living spaces. The majority of financed assets will be located in France.
