3. Demonstrates relevance and understanding of the topic
4. Provides a comprehensive solution in its space: is feature complete
5. Uses modern industry technologies (both to engage the user and to provide long-term support)
6. Has appropriate support and backing by the vendor
7. Can demonstrate successful delivery at clients
