Three new appointees have been added to the real assets responsible investment team at UK asset manager Aviva Investors.
Phillipa Grant has been named as director of sustainable investments while Elizabeth Oritz has been appointed as an associate.
The trio is completed by newly-appointed analyst Jeremey Ho.

All three will report to Edward Dixon, head of responsible investment, real assets at Aviva Investors.
Grant joins from global advisory business AESG where she was a partner and global director of sustainability.
Oritz was most recently at KPMG where she developed climate strategies for corporate clients.

Ho previously worked at Pyxis Wealth Advisors and proSapient where he carried out cross-asset class research for hedge fund, private equity and ultra-high net worth family clients.
The appointments follow research conducted by Aviva Investors that found that half (51%) of institutional investors plan to increase their investment in real assets because of the ability to evidence sustainability-related impact.
