Invesco RE arm appoints head of European asset management

The real estate arm of Invesco has appointed Anna Duchnowska as head of European asset management.

She replaces Etienne Dupuy who is leaving the firm at the end of September to “pursue personal projects” in the impact investing space, Invesco said.

Duchnowska joined Invesco in 2014 to open the fund manager’s office in Warsaw and oversee the asset management of all investments in Poland.;

With over 20 years’ experience, Duchnowska has played an “integral” role in the development of Invesco’s business in Poland, and Europe further afield.

Earlier this year, Invesco Real Estate invested in a residential project in Denmark on behalf of an unnamed Danish entity for an undisclosed sum. It was its third such acquisition in ten months.
