HSBC GAM selects global head of credit research

HSBC Global Asset Management (HSBC GAM) has appointed Tina Radovic as global head of credit research, replacing Rick Deutsch who left the firm in January this year.

She will be responsible for leading the firm’s global credit research platform and its 44-strong research team.

The platform itself was set up in 2002 and is the basis of HSBC GAM’s fixed income offering, which currently has $179 billion (€161.3 billion) of assets.

Radovic joined the fund manager back in 2003. For the last ten years she has been head of credit research in Paris, where she will continue to be based.

As well as retaining leadership responsibility for the local team, as part of her new role she will report to Xavier Baraton, global chief investment officer for fixed income and alternatives.
