La Francaise sees 6% inflow growth

Paris-based asset manager La Française said it attracted inflows of more the €3 billion during the first quarter of 2017.

The figure meant that inflows for the group, which manages €63.7 billion of assets, climbed 6%.

Inflows were driven by the group’s main offerings, which cover traditional investments and real estate.

La Francaise said international investors accounted for more than 14% of its assets under management.

The firm recently recruited Nina Lagron, described as the first woman to manage Middle Eastern equities, as a senior portfolio manager in a new role within the firm’s socially responsible equities team.

Credit Mutuel Nord Europe, a banking and insurance group present in Northern France and Belgium, holds 92% of the voting rights of La Française.
