Schroders bolsters multi-asset team

UK-based asset manager Schroders has bulked up its multi-asset portfolio solutions team with two appointments.

Andrew Lim (pictured) joins Schroders as a solutions manager focusing specifically on liability risk. He joins from Towers Watson where he worked for seven years as an investment consultant in the structured products team advising on the structure and implementation of liability-driven investment (LDI) strategies for defined benefit pension schemes.

He will report to Ross Pritchard, head of LDI solutions management.

Tara Jameson already worked for Schroders’ in its UK institutional distribution team and becomes solutions manager focusing on growth risk management. She reports to Pedro Moura, product specialist, portfolio solutions risk managed investments.

Schroders multi-asset and portfolio solution business manages £75.5 billion (€102.6 billion). The firm’s global assets under management are £319.5 billion, as at 30 June 2015.
