Alter Domus launches regulatory and compliance service

Alter Domus, a European service provider for private equity and other funds, has launched a regulatory and compliance service to help clients manage complexity.

The firm has set up a team to deal with new regulatory requirements emanating from all jurisdictions.

Laurent Vanderweyen, chief executive officer of Alter Domus, says the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act from the US, and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive from Europe, are examples of regulations that concern clients.

The new service will be headed up by Benoit Dewer.
