Amundi opens office in Poland

Amundi has opened an office in Warsaw, aiming to become a major player in the Polish asset management market by 2016.

Amundi Polska will prioritise the customers of its shareholders’ banking network Crédit Agricole Polska and Eurobank. Over the next two years, Amundi Polska aims to reach €1 billion in assets under management and a market share of over 3% of retail funds.

Eric Bramoullé, chief executive officer of Amundi Polska, says: “We are developing a simple, straightforward product range consisting of five locally domiciled funds which focus on clients’ needs.”

The five-strong team of multi-specialist investment managers is led by Ludmila Falak.
