Hermes unveils Asian Ucits fund

Hermes Fund Managers has launched a Ucits fund investing in emerging Asia.

Jonathan Pines, the manager of the emerging Asia Ucits fund, will focus on China, Korea, Taiwan and India.

Benchmarked against the MSCI Asia ex-Japan Index, the asset manager says it is a contrarian, value-biased, high conviction strategy.

It will be available to discretionary managers, multi-manager fund selectors and wealth managers.
