Investcorp appoints corporate investment advisory director

Federico MinoliAlternative investment firm Investcorp has made Federico Minoli a corporate investment advisory director.

The advisory directors provide external counsel to the firm, assessing investment opportunities as well as supporting its portfolio companies. Minoli joins a ten-strong team of existing advisory directors.

Minoli has over 30 years’ experience in businesses owned by global private equity funds. He was chief executive officer and chairman at high-end motorcycle maker Ducati Motor Holding between 1996 and 2007. He is also chairman of two of Investcorp portfolio companies: Dainese, a motorsport brand, and POC, a manufacturer of skiing and cycling helmets, gear and accessories.

“The knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his career makes him an invaluable addition to our team as we continue to support our portfolio company boards and build leading businesses,” said Hazem Ben-Gacem, head of corporate investment for Europe at Investcorp.

Investcorp has over $10 billion (€8.8 billion) in assets under management.
