New unbundled pricing model by Cofunds

PricingCofunds has launched its new unbundled pricing model. Its Explicit Pricing Model is available with about 1,700 clean share classes from 85 fund groups. “Transparent and simple, the model is designed to clearly separate the costs of investing and to give advisers complete flexibility,” the platform operator said in a statement.
“The investment-based platform charge benefits the investor as they pay a decreasing percentage as their whole portfolio grows.”
Cofunds said a fixed annual charge would cover all basic platform charges and there were no upfront or switching charges. Its tiered percentage fee starts at 0.29% per year and is reduced to 0.15% for assets of more than £1 million (€1.3 million). ©2012 funds europe
