Alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital has appointed Dr Steffen Meinshausen as head of real estate in Germany, effective immediately.

Meinshausen will be based in Frankfurt and will be responsible for developing Tikehau Capital’s European real estate impact strategy in Germany. This strategy focuses on investing in all types of real estate assets (offices, retail, logistics, hotels, residential), both existing and ripe for redevelopment, in value-added strategies.

With this hire, Tikehau Capital has now investment experts covering all four of its asset classes in Germany – private debt, private equity, real assets and capital markets strategies.
