Nutmeg introduces three megatrend ETF portfolios

UK digital wealth manager Nutmeg has expanded its offering with the launch of three ETF portfolios aimed at future-focused megatrends: technological innovation, resource transformation and evolving customer.

These portfolios carry a management fee of 0.75% on the first £100,000 invested and 0.35% thereafter.

The technological innovation portfolio focuses on advances in technology such as robotics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, semiconductors and artificial intelligence.

Resource transformation aims to capitalise on the evolving mix of energy sources, materials for electrification and the growing demand for clean water.

The evolving customer portfolio targets the changing needs of the global population, including digital products and services, healthcare for ageing populations and the increasing wealth of emerging market consumers.

Investors in these portfolios will have exposure to thematic ETFs that focus on the respective three themes alongside a globally diversified range of ETFs that are not specific to the megatrends.

The extent of exposure to these themes will be determined by the investor’s risk tolerance, with ‘level 5’ risk investors having 10% of their portfolio in thematic ETFs and ‘level 10’ risk investors having up to 20% exposure.
