Van Lanschot Kempen appoints new investment lead

Dutch financial institution Van Lanschot Kempen will appoint Herman Kleeven as investment lead on 1 October, strengthening its commitment to investment strategies that concentrate on sustainability and long-term shareholder engagement.

Herman Kleeven has an established track record in sustainable investment with over 30 years of experience in the financial sector. In his former role at APG investment management, Kleeven led the focus equities team and sustainable strategy for nine years. 

The Netherlands’ sustainable wealth manager has €1 billion in assets under management and a robust five-year track record of global and European sustainable equity strategies. 

The assignment of Kleeven will further amplify the institution’s commitment to sustainability and international growth.

Van Lanschot Kempen is Netherlands’ oldest independent financial services company, with a record dating back to 1737.
