Two hires in asset management industry consultancies

A US asset management consulting firm has hired a specialist from KPMG to launch its business in the UK in one of two developments among industry consultants in recent days.

Robert Mirsky is joining professional services firm EisnerAmper as head of its London office and head of the asset management group.

At KPMG he was a partner and global head of head of hedge funds.

Charles Weinstein, chief executive of EisnerAmper, said: “As Brexit unfolds, Europe is facing an unprecedented period of economic and regulatory challenges and opportunities.”

Asset management consultancy MJ Hudson has hired lawyer Sean Scott as partner in its hedge fund practice to help it provide a single, comprehensive solution for its clients operating in asset management, it said.

Scott joins from international law firm Harneys, where he was a partner.
