Software firm Confluence hires global head of sales

Money management software firm Confluence Technologies has appointed Sunil Rajan to the new role of global head of sales.

Reporting to president and chief operating officer Todd Moyer, Rajan will be responsible for setting the sales strategy and overseeing the sales team that executes it. 

Rajan has more than twenty years’ experience. Most recently, he served as managing director, Emea & Apac at Axioma. 

He has also held senior roles at Standard and Poor’s Risk Solutions, and Thomson Reuters, Misys and other global software, services and financial data companies.

Speaking of his appointment, Rajan said: “The asset management industry wants best-of-breed risk, performance, regulatory and shareholder reporting solutions, supported by robust analytics and the latest technological innovation.”
