Societe Generale unveils suite of ETPs

Societe Generale has listed a suite of 74 exchange-traded products (ETPs) on the London Stock Exchange with exposure to equities, commodities and currencies designed for sophisticated investors.

It includes products covering four indexes – the S&P 500, FTSE 100, DAX, and Euro Stoxx 50.

The launch also includes coverage of hard commodities (oil, silver, gold, copper and natural gas) and currencies (sterling/dollars, euros/dollars and yen/dollars).

The company said the ETPs were developed to meet growing demand for liquid products with a broad choice of leverage.

Zak de Mariveles, head of sales for UK financial advisers at Societe Generale, said: “Leveraged ETPs are a popular way to gain leverage to a wide range of popular underlyers.”
