PGIM Real Estate hires for new Italian office

PGIM Real Estate has hired Musie Bocrezian as executive director and head of transactions for Italy in a newly opened office in Milan.

Bocrezian joins the newly created position from New York-headquartered Fortress Investment Group – a subsidiary of SoftBank.

The appointment is part of PGIM Real Estate’s plan to increase its presence in Europe. The firm says Milan real estate has attractive opportunities in office, logistics and residential sectors.

Bocrezian will oversee the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities in Italy and reports to Sebastiano Ferrante, head of Germany and Italy.
