PGIM Investments has hired Steve Beckers as senior European sales manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. It is a newly created role.
Based in Luxembourg, Beckers will focus on developing the firm’s presence with global, regional and local private banks and financial intermediaries across both countries.
He joins from Invesco Asset Management where he was director for sales covering Belgium and Brussels.
Prior to that, he held a number of roles at BNP Paribas Fortis including covering private banking as a discretionary investment manager.
Beckers reports to Yvo van der Pol, the previous head of Benelux for PGIM who has been given an expanded role and becomes head of Benelux and the Nordics.
