Heartwood expands team with three appointments

Handelsbanken’s UK asset management arm, Heartwood Investment Management, has expanded its team with three appointments.

Siobhan Pandya has been hired as head of investment communications. She was previously head of equities market content at M&G Investments.

Pandya will be responsible for developing and implementing the content and marketing strategy for Heartwood.

Alistair Campbell and Nikki Howes have been appointed investment associates.

Campbell was previously portfolio manager at Sarasin & Partners, where he focused on liquid hedge fund strategies. His main area of research will be alternatives and he will assist Charu Lahiri in the management of the Heartwood Alternatives Fund.

Howes joins from JP Morgan where she was an investment banking analyst. She will work with Michael Stanes on the management of the growth investment strategy, with equities as her primary area of research.
