HANetf makes two senior hires

European ETF platform HANetf has made two senior hires to newly-created roles.

Jason Griffin has been appointed director of capital markets and business development and Simon Mott has been appointed director of marketing.

Griffin joins from Source where he was director for UK coverage. He is responsible for business development and managing client relationships.

Mott joins from FTSE Russell where he was director, global head of ETF and wealth management marketing.

They both report to Hector McNeil, co-chief executive of HAN etf.

McNeil said: “The market reaction to the launch of HANetf has been beyond our expectations and the pipeline of potential clients is looking very healthy. Our main focus at this point is building the company’s systems, processes and most importantly the team.”
