EFA wins WeInvest mandate

Handshake_contract WeInvest Capital Partners, a Paris-based boutique private equity real estate specialist, has delegated the fund administration of their latest product to Luxembourg-based EFA (European Fund Administration).

EFA will take on the administration and transfer agency of WeInvest’s Premium Real Estate Fund Sicav RAIF.

The fund is intended to deliver top decile performance together with an original approach to the real estate private investment market.

Philippe Barthelemy, managing partner at WeInvest said: “We are extremely pleased with the attention demonstrated by EFA teams involved when structuring and designing the product from a financial and operational prospective”.
