Sustainable fund manager EdenTree Investment Management is looking to recruit a CIO following the decision of long-term incumbent Robin Hepworth to step down on November 1.
Hepworth has been with the London-based firm for more than three decades, during which time he has worked on a number of portfolios.
While he will stay with the company as a senior fund manager, Hepworth will reduce his role and focus on a property-themed fund.
Fellow senior fund manager Chris Hiorns will take responsibility for the higher income fund that Hepworth previously co-managed, while deputy chairman Sue Round will assume the CIO role until a permanent replacement is appointed.
“We are incredibly grateful to [Hepworth] for his long service as CIO within the business and wish him all the best as he seeks to wind down his responsibilities,” said EdenTree CEO Andy Clark.
