Crestbridge has appointed Alex Le Quesne as group head of governance services.
In his new role, Le Quesne will manage the firm’s operational and financial performance in its global institutional governance services division.
This will include driving the growth of its solutions across several different levels – director, client compliance, depositary, trustee, appointed representative, and operator services.
He will also lead development across fundamental technology platforms to strengthen its governance services capabilities.
Le Quesne, who is based in Jersey, has spent the past seven years at Crestbridge, heading up its real estate fund services team.
He was previously director of a corporate trustee acting on behalf of property unit trusts worth more than £10bn in assets.
Prior to joining Crestbridge he was a relationship director at HSBC.
“[Alex’s] experience, collaborative approach across our service lines, and wider understanding of our business will be an invaluable addition to our already experienced senior leadership and help support the strategic goals of the Crestbridge Group,” said Michael Johnson, group head of institutional services at Crestbridge.
“Alex’s promotion also further demonstrates the ability and expertise of our people and our commitment to supporting them with their long-term career ambitions’.
