Consultancy Alpha adds to wealth management practice

London-based asset management consultancy firm Alpha FMC has added to its wealth management practice with three senior hires.

Joining from London-based consultancy Capco where he led digital wealth and strategy practices, Toby Henry joins as principal. He has over ten years’ experience.

Also with over ten years’ industry experience is Bradley Northrop. He joins the consultancy firm as senior manager, having previously led financial planning and wealth initiatives at Ernst & Young.

Finally, Patrick Dennien will also take up the role of senior manager. He also joins from Ernst & Young, and has led multiple transformation programmes across front, middle and back office, according to Alpha.

“Wealth managers need to change their business models, adopting new strategies and innovative technologies which solve the increasingly complex needs of customers, advisers and regulators,” said Alpha’s head of wealth UK, Kenn Taylor.

According to Taylor, these three hires have been made in order to meet growing demand for wealth management services.
