Cardano, the investment management and advisory business, has appointed Guinevere Taylor to the new role of head of Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) Relationships.
Taylor has joined Cardano from RBC BlueBay Asset Management, where she spent the previous six years working in distribution, focusing predominantly on building awareness and market presence of RBC GAM-UK and latterly, RBC BlueBay Asset Management within the LGPS sector.

Before her time with RBC BlueBay, she spent four years within the LGPS Relationship Team at Legal and General Investment Management. For the last six years, Taylor has also been an ambassador for the Diversity Project, promoting the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion in the financial services industry.
Taylor commented: “The Cardano brand is already strongly associated with sustainable investing, with a particular focus on biodiversity, social and impact investments, as well as climate. This represents a clear and strong affinity with the LGPS sector, and I’m looking forward to getting started and building Cardano’s offer and presence in this market.”
